An elliptical orbit thing using pygame and basic vector math.

written in python using pygame for input and basic graphics output
Move the mouse around and the circle will be pulled towards the mouse
Use the WIDTH and HEIGHT variables to change the screen size
Press the SPACEBAR to see the vectors
