to Use my App Flow The Flowing Steps
1- Download The Files From GitHub
2- locate The folder You Download in terminal
3- run npm install "if You Dont Have Npm You Should Download Node.js from 'https://nodejs.org/en/download' " 4- to use the program you have 2 options
first option : run "node app.js"
secound option : run "node app.js 'city' "
replace city with any city you want
