A place for cellPLATO
exampledata contains: masks generated by Cellpose (tif image sequence inside two separate folders with suffix _cp_masks), two _tracks.h5 files containing segmentations and tracks from Bayesian Tracker, and a single csv file 'lab_dr_df.csv' which is the output of cellplato. 'lab_dr_df.csv' contains many features which are metrics obtains through calculations based on segmentations and tracks. The 'particle' column is the track ID.
