Type /track <username> to track a player and start the game.
Build the project (Marven build, preferably via IntelliJ IDEA)
Copy the jar file at ManhuntPlugin/target/
Paste it in the plugin directory of your minecraft server (e.g. BukkitServer/plugins/)
