Files ===== * requirements.soft.txt -- Top-level Python dependencies with as few version restrictions as possible. * scripts/ -- Contains main scripts. - extract_tagged_lines.sh -- Extract lines preceded by a tag from a log file. Can handle huge files and clean up lines to which multiple processors have written simultaneously. - sort_by_difference.py -- Given two files (created with extract_tagged_lines.sh) with values at unique points, find shared points and compute the difference in values. - plot_deviations.py -- Plot the frequency distribution of the differences between points of one or more pairs of runs.
