There are only product classes in the TSV file.
So,
How do I know what the metabolite compound ( Main product ) is?

Hi @APengs494, the main goal of DeepBGC is to discover potentially novel BGCs, so we are not predicting the substrate or main product, only the BGC region and the product class.
