Hello World

This is a starting project. The program itself is not important. The environment and context around it is.

Functional Requirements

• User can call the program and receive a "Hello, World!"

Non-functional Requirements

• The program should be written in Java 8+
• The program should have instructions for building, development, & usage
• The program should be well documented & tested
• The program should have logs
• The program should be managed by VCS (i.e. git)
• The program should be hosted on a remote git platform (i.e. GitHub)
