Cloudflare Image Resizing worker for PrestaShop
Rewrites images on the fly so you can use the Cloudflare Image Resizing service.

- Rewrites all src and srcset tags
- Rewrites all link tags for icons
- Rewrites all src tags for product "quick view"
- Rewrites all background image url's for all inline CSS
- Rewrites all background image url's for all external CSS
- BONUS: removes potentially malicious script from ETS themes
