icons for menu actions

It would be nice to have icons for each menu action, especially in File, Tools, and View.
Describe alternatives you've considered
com.marginallyclever.donatello.UnicodeIcon can turn any Unicode symbol into a black + white icon. Works great but there isn't always a perfect unicode icon for the task.
This issue is growing stale and will be automatically closed in 60 days if nothing is done.
