TractConverter (deprecated)
The TractConverter is now deprecated, please use Nibabel streamlines API instead (e.g. nibabel.streamlines.load()).
TractConverter is a python toolbox to convert tractogram files.
TractConverter is for research only; please do not use results from TractConverter on clinical data.
Installation
sudo pip install http://github.com/MarcCote/tractconverter/archive/master.zip
