Ridmik Dictionary is an open source Bangla dictionary for Android. It is based on Ankur.org's Bangla-English dictionary database.
Just edit the sqlite database file to modify the dictionary. It is located in assets/dictionary folder. You can use any sqlite editor to edit this database.
This dictionary is available for download at Google Play.
