## Getting Started

### Installation

1. Fork the repository.

```bash
git clone https://github.com/your-username/TOTTMS.git

2. Create a virtual environment.

python -m venv venv

3. Activate the virtual environment.

   • On Windows:

   venv\Scripts\activate

   • On macOS and Linux:

   source venv/bin/activate

4. Install dependencies.

pip install -r requirements.txt

Running the Application

1. Apply migrations.

python manage.py migrate

2. Create a superuser (admin).

python manage.py createsuperuser

3. Run the development server.

python manage.py runserver

Visit http://localhost:8000/ to access the application.
