- Put sqlite path in config.py DevelopmentConfig() class
$ export APP_SETTINGS="config.DevelopmentConfig"

$ cd chox -
$ pip install -r requirements.txt -
$ cd app -
$ python app.py shell>>> init_db()>>> db.session.commit()- Default user admin/chox is now setup
