You can easly share your links to any /kbin instance pressing right click! Just right-click your URL and choose "Share this page with /kbin" - now you can add a description and share post.
Extension adds a special script, that adds variables to /kbin's URLs, so you can type in browser e.g. https://kbin.social/new?url=https://example.com&title=My+URL and it'll automaticly open /kbin's publication page with filled texts for title and URL that you want share.
Better /kbin adds auto theme change, so you don't need to turn dark mode if your computer is in it!
The extension has been developed to work with as many browsers as possible. It will work with applications such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Better /kbin should work correctly on all instances using the original /kbin source code.
Maybe. Beta version for Safari browser already exist in this repository, but publishing to the App Store requires a developer account fee, which I don't have the funds for, and since the extension is free, there's no way to cover the cost of a developer account.
If you want, you can create a Safari version of this extension yourself, while be sure to stick to the licence.
Hard to say. Unfortunately, it looks like the /kbin project itself is not being developed, so it is likely that if this state persists, this repository will be archived, which will mean the end of development for Better /kbin.
