How to infer if two patients are in same room or have same caregiver in eICU dataset

Hello, I would like to know if we can infer whether two patients were in the same room/ward at the same time. In MIMIC-III/IV, I know there is a random shift as part of the anonymization process. Is this the case in e-icu dataset as well?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The calendar time resolution we have is limited to year.
