Switch to mdanalysis-sphinx-theme

Explicitly add html_logo and html_favicon paths to placeholders so people know what to edit.
I think we can use the github host account (== MDAnalysis) to determine if mda_official is True or not.
If mda_official is True, we should include something in the license by default: MDAnalysis/mdanalysis-sphinx-theme#44
Oof that does get really annoying to include license bits modularly - could we just ship the logo license along every time we do a copy instead?
