Explaining the CI matrix generated for user

The cookiecutter will create repos with a specific CI matrix. Already github actions isn't super friendly for newcomers, but the way we implement it is also quite complicated (e.g. job to build jobs etc..).
We should provide documentation for users to understand how their kits' CI is expected to run and how they can go about expanding it.
