What is OFSER?

OFSER (Office Facility Service Request) was developed by applying the concept Shared Services to streamline the process of creating and managing requests digitally through a web-based application. OFSER aims to provide information related to the process, flow, and overview of the utilization of digital technology within the Shared Services department. OFSER focuses on requests for office facility services, such as office supplies/printing materials, consumables, event support, refreshments, business cards, and more.

Requirements Analysis

Functional Requirements for OFSER consist of the following:

  1. Users (Requester/Fulfiller) must have an account and log in to access the system.
  2. Requesters can create requests based on selected services.
  3. Requesters can view all requests they have submitted.
  4. Requesters can cancel requests.
  5. Fulfillers can view ticket information from requests on the dashboard page.
  6. Fulfillers can search for tickets by accessing the Ticket Console or using the ticket ID search bar.
  7. Users (Requester/Fulfiller) can communicate and provide information through Activity on the ticket.
  8. Fulfillers can set work orders for tickets, such as priority level, assignee, and ticket status.
  9. Users (Requester/Fulfiller) can modify account information.

Non-Functional Requirements for OFSER consist of the following:

  1. In case of network connection issues, users need to refresh the running application page.
  2. Each request creation process by a Requester should be processed within a maximum of 10 seconds.
  3. Utilize the Audit and Monitoring features of the MongoDB Atlas database to ensure the security of user data and requests.
