Usage

# go install github.com/Luzifer/tinyirc@latest

# cat .env
JOIN=#tezrian
NICK=tezrian
PORT=6697
SEND_LIMIT=1s
SERVER=irc.chat.twitch.tv
SERVER_PASS=oauth:***
TLS=true
USER=tezrian
