This project analyzes the trends and causes of customer churn through supervised machine learning algorithms and gives the answers to such questions as how the customer churn occurs and the influencing factors of customer churn. The model has been deployed to a web app created using Streamlit for user feasibility and interactive interaction even by untrained personnel.
