Getting Started

You can run yourself build of u!Support easily if you know basics of fullstack development. Just pay additional attention to sensitive data that was excluded from git release

The entry logic of service goes here:

• Overall scheme
• Support ticket lifecycle scheme
• Ticket management scheme
• API visual scheme
• DB visual scheme

Contributing

This project always ready to get contributions, if you want support development you can:

• Open PR to resolve Opened Issues
• Code review existing PRs for linting & etc.
• Contribute according to Backlog/To-Do from Trello Kanban board
• Ask me if you want to become a designer in Figma
