NPS-Net Promoter Score Is a metric used to gauge customer satisfaction and loyalty towards a company or product. It is calculated by asking customers how likely they are to recommend a company or product to others on a scale of 0-10, with 10 being the most likely. I have done some few tasks on how to derive insights on dataset.
