1 The code (preprocess.py) is used for preprocess the blogcatalog.mat(graph) and blogcatalog-group3.txt(label) to different formate that can be used by GCN.
2 The code (gcn(data) to deepwalk(data).py) is used to process the data(ind.cora.ally,ind.cora.ty,ind.cora.graph) in GCN to the formate (cora.mat) can be used by deepwalk.
