A:This platform is great as a open source. When Tom Preston-Werner, Chris Wanstrath, and PJ Hyett met together in 2008 to work a project, these three friends only intended to just do this as a fun and weekend project.
They weekend project became they life long project of sharing code which no one was doing or had the ways to do so till Github was born.
