Visual bubble detection script, developed for ELECS project at TU Delft.
The script is used to detect the number and size of bubbles formed on an electrode based on a sequence of frames supplied. The script was developed for videos pointing at the face of the electrode.
To install the required libraries use:
pip install opencv-python numpy imageio matplotlib
