This directory includes pre-processed versions of the first 100 FDA labels with automatically generated annotations along with instructions for reproducing the pre-processing and annotation on Linux using a set of pre-processing tools and the MetaMap named-entity recognition system (https://metamap.nlm.nih.gov).
