Prototype OSC Client built to get the video file time and path from CasparCG.
Expects the video to be on Channel 1, Layer 2
Tries to connect to the Caspar OSC on the local machine at port 5253
tkinter (apt-get python-tk) is an additional dependency.
cx_Freeze is only required to package into an exe
