Introduction:

UMR Writer is an extension to AMR Editor that now allows annotators to annotate both sentence level and document level annotation across multiple languages with added features.

# install required packages in umr-annotation-tool/requirements.txt
# create postgres tables based on umr-annotation-tool/umr_annot_tool/models.py
# run the flask server:
python run.py
