twilight princess repack issue

im not quite sure what could be the problem but while testing some stuff out it seems that even if you dont change anything in some files and just save them again they just plainly wont work, easiest example would be data\content\res\Object\Alink.pack.gz as it loads on the the title screen which is just black afterwards. replacing it with the original file makes it work again
