Some layout info is missing when saving

I tried editing TOTK's Common.Product.110.Nin_NX_NVN, but I noticed that even if I change nothing and save, the file size is still changing and the layout of the title screen has changed.
If you tried to just view it (and not touching anything) and saving from there, then the text alignment seems to be changed. I have this issue with a lot of different .bflyt files that have text panes as well. You can't even change the text alignment in Switch Toolbox to make things worse; it never changes. I'm glad I'm not the only one with this issue when it comes to text alignment errors but I hope to see this fixed... :(
