M+R Sparks of Hope - Extracting larger folders leads to abrupt crashes? Individual file extractions work fine

MuffinOfPotato opened this issue · comments

Been attempting to rip files from Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope (dumped as RomFS), and I've ran into complications when attempting to extract entire folders rather than individual files. When opening "sdf.sdftoc", I'm given access to all of the game files and can extract each individually with "Export Raw Data". However, the program tends to suddenly crash upon attempting to extract a larger folder with "Extract Folder", giving only a small portion of the files.

Specifically, I'm attempting to extract the "characters" folder (moria > baked > mixed > art) only to watch the program have an abrupt crash, be it immediately or midway through extraction. Attempting to extract the entire "sdf.sdftoc" folder with "Extract All" leads to the same result, of course. Extracting folders like "chr_her_rabbidmario_01" (moria > baked > mixed > art > characters > 02_heroes) tend to not crash, presumably a result of them being smaller folders. This is probably not an issue of some odd unextractable file sitting amongst the folder, as any folder that has crashed upon attempted extraction can still be extracted if each file is extracted individually.

I'm not sure if this is exclusive to just the files in this title, but I felt it was worth noting. Running this on Windows 10 with an AMD Radeon RX 570 graphics card, if it helps.
