UTF-8 Converter
Program passes current directory + subdirectories, then will find .srt files and convert to UTF-8 format. Tested on Windows-CP1250

fix bugs added some console messages insert specific path or use local (warning! script works recursively) add some try, catch block, counter for good and bad transfers timer encoding from any type coding to UTF-8
