Extracting Drugs from Clinical Trials

This file indicates how to run the code of the file technical_test_clean.py

You need to have Python and a few libraries installed. We suggest Anaconda to download everything directly. You can find it here https://www.anaconda.com/.

Once the instalation set, your terminal should be able to run Python. You can verify it by opening a Terminal on Mac or Linux, or cmd on a Windows machine, and then type "python". Following a succesful installation, your terminal should display something similar to: "Python 3.10.2 (tags/v3.10.2:a58ebcc, Jan 17 2022, 14:12:15) [MSC v.1929 64 bit (AMD64)] on win32" You can stop running python by typing "exit()".

To run this file, you need to open up a terminal, navigate to where the file technical_test_clean.py is located (if you don't know how to, you can read this https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/cd-cmd-command/) Once the navigator in the right repository, type "python technical_test_clean.py". The program will generate the expected output.
