Definitely check out the filtering and likes (which are all stored in memory), generating complicated dynamic states is one of the strong suits of Compose. It feels straightforward to handle state mutations and switching between a full list and a more complex view is a breeze, filtering with state changes means that textchanges trigger a recomposition and fetches new data as desired.
