Download the theme of your choice from a trusted source. You can search online for dnSpy themes and download the one that you like.

Locate your theme folder in dnSpy. Usually, this folder is located at dnSpy\bin\Themes. If you cannot find it there, try looking for it in the installation directory of dnSpy.

Move the downloaded .dntheme file into the theme folder. You can do this by simply dragging and dropping the file into the folder. If you are prompted to confirm the action, click "Yes" or "OK."

Once the theme file has been moved to the theme folder, launch dnSpy. From the main window, find the "View" section at the top left of the screen.

Click on "View" and then hover your cursor over the "Theme" subsection. This will display a list of available themes.

Select the theme of your choice from the list. The theme will be applied immediately, and you should see the changes in the dnSpy interface.
If you want to switch to another theme later, simply repeat the above steps and select a new theme from the list.
