memory leak in reg_affine_deformationField3D?

Whilst debugging a leak of our own in SIRF, we noticed this one coming up in Valgrind's memcheck. I don't think we can debug further from SIRF, perhaps you'll be better able to figure it out directly from Niftyreg's ctests?
