Hi Marc,

Wonder if python or matlab version of the code (or the main algorithms, e.g., block matching, FFD) is available?
This would help with understanding of the implementation details.

Hi,

There are no other implementations of NiftyReg apart from the one in this repo. I'll be happy to jump on a call and go through the steps if this is of any use, just let me know.
