Generate Test Files
Node based CLI tool to generate a file of any size containing with random data.
There is also an online version: generate & download test files of any size
The script is only ~40 lines and is easily modifiable.
Usage
- Ensure Node is installed
- Pull down the repository
node main.js 1200
Where 1200 is the number of bytes you want in your file.
node main.js
To use the default defined in the script which is 1000 bytes.
