DEFINING PROJECT AND ITS SCOPE -: Understanding of the project: The project aims to develop a Python-based GUI application using Tkinter that predicts whether a customer is satisfied or dissatisfied with their banking experience based on various input parameters. Reason for choosing this project: The project was chosen to help banks identify dissatisfied customers in order to improve customer service and retention. Most challenging aspect of the project statement: The most challenging aspect is training an artificial neural network (ANN) model to accurately predict customer satisfaction based on the given input parameters.
