A Debugging module
The static module must be placed with the python program project folder. The name of the project must be placed in the programName attribute of the Debug class.
Can time execution time of methods and functions, can perform unit tests with arguments and target output and can Log messages. The Log method takes in a message, location and name, it prints this to the default console and creates a file where all log messages are stored.
