s4cmb

Systematics For Cosmic Microwave Background (s4cmb), is a library to study instrumental systematic effects in the context of current and future Cosmic Microwave Background experiments.

Structure of the tutorial

The purpose of this tutorial is to learn how to use s4cmb, that is simulating maps of the CMB in the presence of instrumental systematic effects.

  • Part 1: installation + presentation of the code + my first App.
  • Part 2: Digging into the library: more complex cases.

How to submit your questions or requests during the bootcamp?

Feel free to submit issues and enhancement requests! Go to the s4cmb repo on github, and click on the corresponding buttons:

By doing so, requests, questions and discussions will be accessible to anyone, and more people can review it and help solving the problems. All questions and answers are stored so that you can also find later the solution to a problem you may encounter but has already an answer.

For requests, we appreciate the "fork-and-pull" Git workflow, as explained here.
