Vagrantfile, yml config file and provisioning bash script for local wordpress development cobbled together from a bunch of other scripts I found.

Prereqs:

• Vagrant
• VirtualBox

(Windows Only) Turn off Hyper-V because it conflicts with third party virtualization software. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3204980/virtualization-applications-do-not-work-together-with-hyper-v-device-g
