I wrote it cause I've had an idea -- it had become less important later, though. I go hard to create this thus I have enriched my knowledge about programming(or vocabulary, who knows). Moreover, it is better to use than cmd.exe or explorer.exe in some basic operations(Don't be confused, at least it works faster without any animation).
