This Blueprint;

1. Checks if "Owner have Network"=True [From Apify IP Check "https://api.ipify.org?format=json"].
2. Checks if "Is owner devices Date&Time Right(from IP)" = True [From TimeApi.IO "https://timeapi.io/api/Time/current/ip?ipAddress=[IP]"] This Method Requires just VaRest Plugin. Allows to using both Mobile and Computer.
