Description-
This is a platform which allows users to sign up and post hard to answer questions, along with a custom budget, which will be paid out to the answerers of the question. Users can browse open questions, and provide answers, and earn tokens (from the budget). Questions and answers will be easily organized, and will eventually have category tags, which will allow easy searching. The users will also be able to view the completed questions as well. This hopefully will allow proper incentives for knowledge seekers and those looking to help, to create an active and flourishing ecosystem.

As a user I would like to sign up for the Q&A app.
As a user if I have an account I would like to log in to my account.
As a user Once logged in I would like to view and edit my profile.
As a user I would like to be able to select 3-4 expertise areas for my question.
If I am new user, I’d like to create my profile.
As a user I would like to view active questions.
As a user I would like to create a question to be answered.
As a user I would like to set a maximum amount of answers on post (in question creation process).
As a user in the creation process, I would like to set a budget for how much I will pay to get my question answered.
As a user I would like to see my questions in the question page.
As a user I would like to answer other peoples questions in the answer tab.
As a user I would like to see how many tokens I have in my wallet/whats been spent and whats been bought.

As a user I would like to view my completed questions and answers in my profile (nice to have).
As a user I would like to be able to select a winner out of the answers to my questions(nice to have).
As a user if I don't pick a winner in 20 minutes, then I want to be charged a fee, and have the budget be distributed to all the parties who answered the question. (nice to have).
As a user I would like to be able to pay users via a third party payment processor. (nice to have).
