Using WMI to check MS Cluster Resources, Cluster Disk space, Cluster Nodes and Cluster Interfaces

HOW TO

  1. Place PRTG-MSCluster-Status.ps1 under C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\Custom Sensors\EXEXML

  2. Place the lookup Files under C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\lookups\custom

    • prtg.mscluster.networkinterfaces.ovl
    • prtg.mscluster.nodes.ovl
    • prtg.mscluster.resources.ovl
  3. Run PRTG Lookup File Reload

  4. Create Sensor

Setting Value
EXE/Script Advanced PRTG-SQL-BackupAge.ps1
Parameter -Cluster %host or Cluster IP/FQDN
Parameter -selChann Include/Exclude Channels (default enables all)
Security Context Use Windows credentials of parent device
