Create Json from a csv formatted intents file:

Follow below instructions to create json files from csv

1. Collect your intents in a csv named 'intents.csv' with columns 'IntentName', 'TrainingPhrase' and 'Response'.
2. Create a directory named 'created_intents' in same directory as Python script if it is not available already
3. Run python script 'create_intent.py'
4. Hurray, Your intent json files are generated in directory 'created_intents'.
