Backend

Backend uses .Net for the REST Api.

Frontend

Frontend is Stencil with Cirrus-ui as the CSS framework.

Run it

Open up the Visual Studio solution in /api, and run the solution. While thats running, go into the /website folder and use npm run build and npm start.
