Plot all correlations and covarainces, a plotting library for DESC collaboration sacc files. PACC allows the user to make nice plots of the Cl's contained in a SACC file. The user can also specify the pairs of Cl's they want to plot. PACC also allows the user to plot the covariance associated with the pairs.
