Musca_Gut_MGs
The housefly (Musca domestica) is a fly of the suborder Cyclorrhapha. It possibly originated in the Middle East, and spread around the world as a commensal of humans. It is the most common fly species found in houses. Here we investigate the gut microbiome of the house fly and how it helps for niche adaptation and food utilisation.

Norwegian_wild_Salmon_2022
Here, we use state-of-the-art genome resolve metagenomics and comparative genomics to investigate the metagenome dynamics and hologenome of more than 70 adult foraging wild Atlantic salmon. We further compare the microbiotas from Atlantic salmon with gut bacteria of other fish species from Norway to elucidate environmental and host related dynamics.
